  I would give a 0 star rating if I could. First of all I called 3 times on the 5th of September and no answer, left a message and no call back. I called 10 minutes after they opened on the 6th and no answer, left a message and they never called back, I ended up calling at 10 AM and they finally answered and I was able to reschedule my operation. They called back at around 2:30 - 3:00 PM and told me they wouldn't be able to put me under if I rescheduled because they couldn't reschedule with the anesthesiologist for next week and they told me I would have to be awake for the operation (they would have removed all but 7 of my teeth). That is very unprofessional in my opinion, I don't trust Novocaine because I've had terrible experiences in the past with getting dental work done because they didn't use enough to even numb anything. In short they need to fire their receptionist. It's a total lack of professionalism to not reschedule with the anesthesiologist when the oral surgeon even told me she wanted to put me under. I told them I don't do needles and I'm going to find a different dentist and hung up on them. Avoid this place because they're absolutely terrible, the wait time is usually around an hour before you even get called back.

  Will not be using this office any longer! I paid 400 dollars for temporary healing dentures that did not fit from the very beginning and they will not make another pair or help you in any way! So i go without any teeth for 6 months until getting my permanents and 400 dollars down the drain! Manager is very un helpful!! I will not be referring anyone else there!
